ThermoEnergy Taps Kevin Donnelley as Vice-President for Project Operations

LITTLE ROCK, Ark., Oct. 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ThermoEnergy Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: TMEN) an integrated technologies company engaged in the worldwide commercialization of patented and/or proprietary municipal and industrial wastewater treatment and power generation technologies, today announced the appointment of Kevin F. Donnelley, PE as Vice-President for Project Operations. Donnelly will initially focus on the Company's planned Ammonia Recovery Project ("ARP") forNew York City. Mr. Donnelley joined ThermoEnergy after consulting with the firm for several months while at Shaw Group and working on the 26th Ward Project intricacies.

"Kevin brings to ThermoEnergy a broad range of experience as a registered Professional Engineer in the environmental industry which will have an immediate impact for ThermoEnergy as Project Manager of ourNew York City 26th Ward ARP Project as well as complement the engineering team at our wastewater subsidiary CASTion," said Dennis Cossey, CEO of ThermoEnergy Corporation. "Kevin worked closely with CASTion's engineers during the design phase of the NYC project and once we go to contract, Kevin will oversee implementation and operation of the project. Mr. Donnelley has over 27 years of experience in civil, environmental, infrastructure engineering, design and construction. His project management experience includes large and small projects for private, municipal and federal clients in both design and construction, including such large A&E firms as Michael Baker Engineering, Inc., the Shaw Group, Shaw Environmental & Infrastructure, Inc. (formerly Stone & Webster Inc.) and Brown and Root Environmental. He has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire, an M.S. in Engineering Management from the Air Force Institute of Technology and additional Graduate studies in Construction Management at UCLA. Mr. Donnelley was awarded the Air Force Meritorious Service Medal while serving as a Captain and Civil Engineering Officer at Norton Air Force Base, California. He lives inNew Jersey and will be based inNew York City.
