Visioneer RoadWarrior Receives LAPTOP Magazine Editors' Choice Award for Best Portable Scanner

The Visioneer RoadWarrior empowers them to capture and manage this paper while it is still timely to their travels, not days later when they return home. Expense reports and receipts can be submitted promptly, business cards get captured and sync'd with Outlook or Blackberry devices or other smartphones and PDAs.

The RoadWarrior is a fast, portable scanner that measures only 2" x 1.5" x 11.4" and weighs a mere 10 ounces. It has a color resolution of 600 x 1200 dpi and users can scan regardless of location because it is powered through the USB port. It includes Nuance PaperPort, Nuance Omni Page and NewSoft Presto! BizCard software that enables scanned documents, business cards and receipts to be easily organized, shared and searched. Utilizing patented Visioneer AutoLaunch technology, scanning begins by simply inserting a document into the scanner.

Unlike other receipt scanners, the RoadWarrior includes Visioneer OneTouch(R) with Kofax(R) VRS(TM) technology that automatically improves the image quality of poor original documents, such as receipts that are hardly legible, handwritten notes, highly stylized business cards, multi-part shipping forms that have smudge marks, and reports highlighted with markers.
