iSECUREtrac Announces Contract Win From Pitt County, North Carolina for Monitoring Center Intervention

iSECUREtrac Corp. (OTCBB: ISEC), a leader in electronic monitoring solutions, announced today that Pitt County, North Carolina has selected iSECUREtrac's Monitoring Center Intervention (MCI) Services. Initially, iSECUREtrac's MCI program will be responsible for monitoring approximately 80 individuals.

MCI is a service where iSECUREtrac professionals resolve common violations through direct contact with persons under community supervision. All interactions and communications are recorded, logged and archived for later review by any authorized correction official.

"MCI is an excellent way for agencies to assist officers. We support the officers with their violation alerts, allowing them more time to aid individuals in successfully reintegrating back into the community," said Peter Michel, CEO and President of iSECUREtrac Corp. "Agencies use this service to decrease officer workload and lower costs for investigating and resolving violations."

Pitt County, an iSECUREtrac customer since 2004, adopted GPS technology to relieve overcrowded jails and to help solve the influx of domestic violence cases. With an initial investment of $100,000 in 2007, the county has been able to save $1.3 million in jail-related expenses.

Successes of the Pitt County electronic monitoring program include:

--  Child support payments increased by 50 percent from individuals
    involved in civil cases for non-support.
--  Repeat offenses for domestic violence cases fell from 36 percent in
    2004 to 14 percent this year.
    

According to the Craven County Sun Journal counties across the state of North Carolina are looking to implement similar programs as Pitt County.
