As announced on July 3, 2008, a class action lawsuit was filed in the USA on behalf of a single US shareholder of FIMALAC against FIMALAC, FITCH GROUP and certain of their officers and directors.

FIMALAC today announces that this action has been definitively withdrawn without condition by the plaintiff.
