Innovative Designs Signs Licensing Agreement With Phillip Prince

Innovative Designs, Inc. (OTCBB: IVDN) has entered into a licensing agreement with world renowned designer Phillip Prince.

Mr. Prince began his career by designing clothing for Janis Joplin, Jimmy Hendrix, Mick Jagger of The Rolling Stones, and The Beatles. He later designed clothing for female artists Toni Braxton, Mariah Carey, and Cher. In addition, Mr. Prince designs for many of today's top Hip-Hop artists including Snoop Dogg.

Mr. Prince created the Formal Tuxedo Shirt in 1976 which was featured in Time Magazine.

Mr. Prince is currently working with Saks Fifth Avenue, Nordstrom, and Bloomingdale's for their silk private label program in which he will include Innovative Designs' exclusive thermal insulation, INSULTEX(TM). He is also working with Innovative Designs and Hall-Of-Fame running back Tony Dorsett in the development of an apparel collection, which will also feature INSULTEX(TM), that will be introduced to the industry.

Mr. Prince commented, "I am very excited and proud to be involved with such an innovative product. Combining silk and Insultex will create a brand new apparel category for the high fashion industry. Women can now ski in Aspen with a sexy silk outfit and be protected from winter weather and its elements."
