Hospital Tells 71-Year Old Grandpa He's Pregnant

By Robert Paul Reyes

"A patient treated for agonizing abdominal pain received this surprising news in the hospital's paperwork: 'Based on your visit today, we know you are pregnant.' Surprising indeed for 71-year-old John Grady Pippen.

Hospital administrator William McMillan says an errant keystroke caused the hospital's computer to spit out the wrong discharge instructions for the grandfather." Associated Press

What's sad is that an elderly person might actually believe the erroneous discharge instructions. If John McCain went to the hospital complaining of a stomachache and he was told that he's pregnant, he would probably buy a maternity dress and order a chocolate ice cream cone topped with pickles. McCain refuses to release his med records, maybe he's hiding a pregnancy or two.

Grandpa should sell the med records on eBay, he will probably make a few bucks. He won't make any money suing the hospital, the false diagnosis is too preposterous to believe.

Grady should avoid returning to that hospital, he might be admitted with a diagnosis of tonsillitis and leave with no gonads.
