Elitecore Technologies and WiChorus Announce Successful WiMAX Interoperability Testing

Testing of Elitecore's EliteAAA and WiChorus' Intelligent ASN Gateway and Home Agent Based on WiMAX Forum's NWG Specifications

Elitecore Technologies, a leading provider of Telecom OSS BSS systems, announced successful completion of interoperability testing (IOT) of its EliteAAA with WiChorus' Intelligent ASN Gateway and Home Agent. Testing of WiChorus and Elitecore products was based on the WiMAX Forum's NWG specification. WiChorous is the provider of SmartCore™ platform that helps operators streamline operational costs and deploy scalable, profitable WiMAX networks. This successful interoperability is a significant step toward an open WiMAX ecosystem that promises greater flexibility for operators rolling out WiMAX 802.16e networks.
