Aggreko Supplies Power to Presidential Debates
HOUSTON, Sept. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Aggreko, the global leader in the rental
of power, temperature control and oil-free compressed air systems, has been
contracted to provide services to three upcoming Presidential debates. The
nationally televised events will be held on September 26th at the University
of Mississippi's Gertrude Ford Center; on October 7th at Belmont University's
Curb Event Center inNashville; and on October 15th at Hofstra University's
basketball arena inLong Island.
In addition to providing power for the debates, Aggreko's team of 14
technicians will be responsible for supplying supplemental on-stage
air-conditioning for the candidates and power for the print press centers as
well as additional support areas. Aggreko will also power the on-campus "Rock
the Debate" rally and concert for students beginning at noon on the day of the
Ole Miss debate.

Overall, Aggreko will provide the debate venues with:
-- 16MW of power, enough to power more than 1,000 homes
-- Enough cable to stretch from Hofstra University in Long Island to New
York City's Central Park

The set-up for each debate is expected to take between two to three weeks.
It will take four days to remove the equipment.
