Flying in from a busy schedule of appearances that included the Republican National Convention and ringing the closing bell at the New York Stock Exchange, Clay worked with the team from Results Advertising ofHasbrouck Heights, NJ, advertising agency for Kennedy Funding before took time out from posing to speak with the students of Delbarton.

"We're thrilled to be associated with not just a champion, but one with the integrity and character of Bryan Clay," says Jeffrey Wolfer, President and Co-CEO of Kennedy Funding. "He embodies the true spirit of athletic competition--unrelenting determination and hard work leading up to his ultimate goal."

A young Bryan Clay began his track and field career in the 6th grade. His incredible natural athletic ability, combined with an unparalleled work ethic led to a Silver Medal in the 2004 Olympics inAthens, Greece and ultimately, Gold inBeijing in 2008. The winner of the decathlon is generally considered the greatest all-around athlete in the world due to the range of skills required in the grueling two-day, 10-event competition. All aspects of track and field are involved--speed, strength and endurance--as athletes take part in the 100 meters, long jump, shot put, high jump and 400 meters on the first day, followed by the 100-meter hurdles, discus, pole vault, javelin and finishing the second day with the exhausting 1500 meters.

Outstanding all-around performers in their own right, Kennedy Funding has a track record of closing loans that other lenders can't or won't and closing them in record time. Pioneers in "situational lending," Kennedy provides loans of $1 million to $100 million or more with commitments in as little as 24 hours and closings in as quickly as five days. As the leader in direct private lending, Kennedy has extensive experience in funding in a wide range of business sectors. Unlike the methods used by many traditional lenders, Kennedy sees each borrower as unique, evaluating each situation individually.

Specializing in commercial real estate bridge loans for domestic and global clients, Kennedy provides up to 65% loan-to-value for land acquisition, development, refinancing, construction, bank workouts, bankruptcies and foreclosures. Across the nation and around the world, Kennedy has produced funding for conventional and unconventional projects, often succeeding when other financial institutions cannot.
