NEW YORK, Sept. 19, 2008 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Brualdi Law Firm, P.C. announces that a lawsuit has been commenced in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri on behalf of purchasers of MEMC Electronic Materials, Inc. ("MEMC" or "the Company") common stock during the period between June 13, 2008 and July 23, 2008 (the "Class Period") for violations of federal securities laws.
