New initiative headed by global industry expert Rob Rich, with support from other industry heavyweights

MORRISTOWN, NJ -The TM Forum today announced the launch of its new market research initiative, TM Forum Insights, offering information, communications and entertainment providers an invaluable resource in an increasingly competitive environment.

TM Forum Insights is being led by well known global industry expert Rob Rich, who has more than 15 years experience in key market research management and consulting roles. Joining Rob are former Yankee Group VP Paul Hughes and former IDC/Stratecast analyst Shira Levine. According to Rob Rich, Managing Director, TM Forum Insights, "We believe that TM Forum Insights, backed by the Forum's unparalleled resources, is uniquely positioned to offer a global market analysis service related to transformation initiatives and trends. We plan to provide our clients with actionable recommendations to support new service creation, delivery and monetization, end-to-end, across complex value chains."

TM Forum Insights will also deliver significant benefits to the Forum's extensive membership by providing research-led guidance to its collaboration community programs, successful global events program and publications activities.
