                  A delectable fusion of the freshest fall flavors, the menu
                  was specially designed by Director of Chefs, Gordon Hopkins
                  as tribute to the spirit of Roy's dedication to fresh, bold,
                  seasonal flavors.

    MENU:         First Course (Choice of One):
                  Roasted Corn & Sweet Potato Chowder

                  Prosciutto Wrapped Tiger Shrimp & Goat Cheese Polenta,
                  Served in a Lemon, Caper & Herb Butter

                  Grilled Japanese Miso Eggplant Salad, Served with a Balsamic
                  Vinaigrette

                  Second Course (Choice of One):
                  Island Style Braised Pork Pot Roast, Served with Gingered
                  Applesauce (ten ounces)

                  Hibachi Grilled Salmon Glazed with "Crab Dynamite", Served
                  with Sesame, Chive Butter sauce (seven ounces)

                  Spicy Asian Pepper & Lemongrass Sirloin Steak, Served with a
                  Cognac, Cream Peppercorn Sauce (seven ounces)

                  Tender Braised Hawaii Kai Beef Short Ribs, Served with a
                  Natural Braising Sauce (eight ounces)

                  Third Course (Choice of One)
                  Felicia's Fresh Strawberry & White Chocolate Cobbler

                  Roy's Melting Hot Chocolate Souffle, Flourless Chocolate
                  Cake with a Molten Hot Center served ala mode
