Woman Attacks Boyfriend With Sword Because He Didn't Wash Dishes
By Robert Paul Reyes
"Police say a 20-year-old woman faces an aggravated assault charge after she bit her boyfriend, broke a picture frame across his face and swung at him with a sword during an argument about him not doing the dishes.
The woman was arrested Thursday afternoon at the couple's apartment, the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reported on its Web site." The Associated Press
I'm not a Mr. Mom type, but I believe that a man should help out with the household chores. I've been known to don an apron and wash and dry the dishes and dust the furniture.
I've performed these duties out of the goodness of my heart, not because I was ordered to do so by my Honey Buns. It will be a cold day in hell before I ever let a woman order me to wash the dishes.
The guy had every right to stand up to his girlfriend and refuse to wash the dishes, but he was a wuz for letting her beat him to a pulp. If a woman bit me on the shoulder, I would immediately hold her down and call the cops. I would not allow her to also bonk me with a picture frame, and attack me with a sword.
Does everyone have a sword in their house, it seems like there's been a rash of sword-related stories recently. Even this low-life couple, living in a dumpy apartment, can afford to decorate their dwelling with a sword.
The poor guy should get rid of his girlfriend, but keep his sword in case she comes back.
