CaesarStone Surfaces in Good Company With Celebrities, Supermodels and a Multi-Million Dollar New York Townhouse

What do actress Jamie Lee Curtis, supermodel
Petra Nemcova and CaesarStone have in common? The answer is Metropolitan
Home's Showtime Home, a $20 million townhouse in New York's Gramercy Park.
The original quartz surface
manufacturer is thrilled to be involved with this exciting project that
uses the world's top designers to transform a room of the showhome into a
different Showtime hit show. CaesarStone's Blizzard surfaces will be
splashed like dazzling white blood as the countertops and radiator tops in the "Dexter" kitchen. Their Desert Limestone
color is the perfect addition to the ultra glam The "L Word®" boudoir. The
top floor of the townhouse shows off the dark, dazzling sparkle of
CaesarStone's Absolute Noir in the Café Lounge. The original quartz surface
manufacturer had the privilege of working with Johnny Grey, Vicente Wolf
and Kirsten Brant to show off CaesarStone's unique surfaces at their best in the
three rooms.
"We are thrilled to collaborate with an innovative company like quartz
surface manufacturer CaesarStone for Metropolitan Home's Showtime House,"
says Metropolitan Home SVP/Publisher, Deborah Burns. "Together with
acclaimed designers, Johnny Grey, Vicente Wolf and Kirsten Brant, who have
used CaesarStone's unique surfaces in their rooms, we have created a
showhouse that we hope will inspire and encourage visitors to think
differently about design."
The showhouse is located in New York's ultra-chic Gramercy Park
neighborhood. The $20 million, 8,800-square-foot Greek revival townhouse
has been transformed into the ultimate multi-media event.
The showhome launched on Tuesday, September 9 with a VIP event attended by
executives of both Metropolitan Home and Showtime, the designers,
celebrities and liaisons from all of the top brands that are featured in
the home, including CaesarStone. Both Curtis and Nemcova attended the
amazing event.
Metropolitan Home's Showtime House is located at 23 Gramercy Park South and
will be open to the public for tours from September 13 - October 26, 2008.
Proceeds from the tour ticket sales will benefit Nemcova's non-profit
organization, Happy Hearts Fund. For more information about tickets and
tours at the showhouse, visit www.methome.com/showtime.
