EMBARQ Prepared as Ike Moves Toward Texas

HOUSTON, Sept. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- EMBARQ crews and support personnel acrossTexas have moved into position as Hurricane Ike approaches theTexas coast. EMBARQ has more than 200,000 residential and business customers in the state.
