EnergySolutions, Inc. Announces Share Purchases by Company CEO and Vice Chairman

EnergySolutions, Inc. (NYSE: ES) announced today that R Steve Creamer, EnergySolutions CEO and Chip Everest, Vice Chairman of the Board of EnergySolutions, purchased in the last two days on the open market 300,000 and 100,000 shares, respectively, of EnergySolutions common stock to add to their previously existing share ownership positions. The shares purchased by Mr. Creamer were purchased at a weighted average price of $15.3663 per share. The shares purchased by Mr. Everest were purchased at a weighted average price of $15.3477 per share.
