Hall of Famer Joe Gibbs to Address Values Voter Summit
WASHINGTON, Sept. 10 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- NFL Hall of Famer and noted humanitarian Joe Gibbs will address the 2008 Values Voter Summit on Friday, September 12. Gibbs led the Washington Redskins to three Super Bowl victories and remains one of the most successful coaches in NFL history. Throughout his time in the NFL, Coach Gibbs devoted himself to humanitarian work. He founded the non-profit organization Youth for Tomorrow, devoted to helping at-risk teens. In the 20 plus years since its founding, Youth for Tomorrow has reached hundred of teenagers in theWashington, D.C. area.
Coach Gibbs is also the author of two best-selling books, Racing to Win: Establish Your Game Plan for Success and Fourth and Goal, which detail how his Christian faith has helped him throughout his life and career.
