Faith Leaders Rally for Marriage and Life

On Sunday September 7th, 2008, New York City Hispanic Bishops, Christ Covenant Coalition, the Empire Baptist Missionary Convention and people of faith will rally at 26 Federal Plaza, 3 blocks north of City Hall.

The purpose of the rally is to publicly pray for the nation for marriage, and the sanctity of life. "Never before in the history of our nation has it been more urgent for the Body of Christ to come together in solidarity for upholding the traditional marriage, the union of one man and one woman," said Bishop Joseph Mattera. "Those who believe in traditional marriage and the sanctity of life are urged to stand with us at this very important time."
