RANCHO CORDOVA, Calif., Sept. 5 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Today, the California Student Aid Commission waived the attorney-client privilege and released aCalifornia Attorney General's Memorandum upon which the Commission relies in refusing to pay for over $6 million in expenses incurred by EdFund, the Commission's nonprofit auxiliary organization.
