CHG Adds Chief People Officer
New Executive Role Focuses on Employee Recruitment, Development and Retention

CHG Healthcare Services, one of the
largest and oldest healthcare staffing firms in the U.S., has placed
greater emphasis on its most valuable resource -- people -- by appointing
its first-ever chief people officer.
This new executive role will play an integral part in promoting CHG's
people-centric culture. The CPO will assume responsibility for the
development and implementation of CHG's people programs, including hiring,
training and development of internal staff.
CHG's Donald DeCamp will take on this new role after serving as the
company's chief operating officer for nearly a decade. Since joining CHG
in 1999, he has been responsible for developing a new organizational
structure and entrepreneurial culture, which have been integral components
of the company's tremendous growth.
"CHG's dramatic growth created the need for this position; and Don's
passion for continually improving our culture by developing and inspiring
our people makes him a natural fit for this new position," said Michael
Weinholtz, president and CEO of CHG.
"At CHG, we have an outstanding philosophy of putting people first," said
r. DeCamp. "I'm excited to have the opportunity to focus on building and
fine-tuning those employee programs that define our culture."
r. DeCamp's successor as COO will be Scott Beck, who has served at CHG
since 1999, most recently as group president over operations since 2004.
r. Beck will lead all of CHG's operating divisions, which provide
physician, nursing and allied health staffing services.
"Scott has been an outstanding executive at CHG with a deep understanding
of our company values and goals," said Mr. Weinholtz. "He is perfectly
suited to continue our high standard of performance while providing the
leadership that will help take our business to the next level."
"We have all the key ingredients to continue our success here at CHG," said
r. Beck. "I'm looking forward to continuing our standard of everyday
excellence while helping guide CHG's vision for the future."
