Update: CVS Caremark Presents Influenza Vaccine Data at 2008 DMAA Annual Meeting

WOONSOCKET, R.I., Sept. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The 2008 DMAA Annual Meeting has been unexpectedly postponed due to Hurricane Ike and the CVS Caremark (NYSE: CVS) data will be presented at a later date to be determined.
