GCH Capital Partners Inc. Closes Non-Brokered Private Placement
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA - (Marketwire - Sept. 5, 2008) - GCH CAPITAL PARTNERS INC. (TSX VENTURE:GCW.P) (the "Company"), a capital pool company incorporated under the laws of British Columbia, wishes to announce the closing of a non-brokered private placement of 250,000 common shares at a price of $0.40 per share for gross proceeds of $100,000. All securities issued will be subject to a four-month hold period expiring December 30, 2008.
The private placement was entirely subscribed by an Insider of the Company and has been entered into to ensure the Company meets the listing requirement related to a minimum of $100,000 of unallocated working capital pursuant to TSX Venture Exchange Policy 2.1, which is a precondition to the Company closing its previously announced Qualifying Transaction.
