Sadr City Students Return to Schools With New Look, Feel
CAMP LIBERTY, Iraq - Local Sadr City contractors work on refurbishing theThatt Al Salasel School, located in Muhalla 512 of the Sadr City district of Baghdad, Sept. 3. Multi-National Division - Baghdad spearheaded the renovation of 38 schools throughout the area. To date, work has been completed at 30 schools and work continues on eight additional schools. All school repairs and renovation work is performed by local contractors, which marks a significant boost to the district's economy. (U.S. Army photo)
