JEM Steakhouse Welcomes ZD Wines for its September Wine Dinner
COACHELLA, Calif., Sept. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- JEM Steakhouse is famous
throughout the region for its incredible wine dinners, and now, JEM invites
guests to enjoy the fine tastes of fall at its September event with ZD Wines
on September 12.
JEM diners will enjoy having ZD Wines on their table as, over the years,
ZD Wines have graced the tables of White House dinner parties, spanning three
administrations. The wines have garnered more than 342 awards of excellence in
prestigious competitions; and in 1997, ZD Wines was named a "Winery of the
Year" by the Wine & Spirits Buying Guide.
ZD stands for the initials of the last names of the founders (Gino Zepponi
and Norman de Leuze) as well as "zero defects" (they were both aeronautical
engineers before venturing into the wine industry). ZD Wines' signature
product is its non malo-lactic Chardonnay, with Cabernet Sauvignon playing an
increasingly important role.
JEM tempts diners' taste buds with delicious appetizers, natural certified
Angus beef, the freshest seafood and incredible desserts. Entrees include
JEM's Signature 29 Oz Bone-In Certified Angus Beef Rib Eye, All-Natural Filet
Mignon, Halibut, Colorado Rack Of Lamb, Petrale Sole, Wild King Salmon,
Prosciutto-Wrapped Sea Scallops And Free-Range Chicken. JEM also serves a
range of sizes and cuts of all-natural certified Angus beef, cooked to
perfection.
And adding to the fun each weekend in JEM is live jazz renowned jazz
vocalist Rose Mallett, performing Fridays and Saturdays from 6 to 10 p.m.
