Hypster.com Records Strongest Month Ever; Crosses 500,000 Registered User Mark
Burned Media Ltd. (PINKSHEETS: BUNM), a
Digital Music and Media company, has announced the strongest month of new
user growth ever for its music discovery property Hypster.com.
With a recent relaunch of the site that began in late June, the Hypster.com
property has seen more social recommendations and greater page indexing by
search engines. This resulted in 60,250 new user registrations in August
2008, surpassing the previous best month of 45,250 new registrations in
arch of this year.
With just under 1 million monthly visits in August, Hypster.com delivered
12.5 million pageviews and 18 million widget views. Overall the property
surpassed 500,000 registered users in August ending the month with over
520,000 registered users; more than doubling its user community over the
past six (6) months.
