Sheriff's Office Subdues Aggressive Inmate With Stinger S-200

announced that the Dewitt County Sheriff's Office inIllinois reported
successful deployment of the Stinger S-200 projectile stun device.
Captain A.J. Monaghan of Dewitt County Sheriff's Department reported that
on Sunday, August 24th, 2008, an aggressive inmate in the jail was
successfully immobilized with the Stinger S-200. Captain Monaghan stated,
"both darts from the Stinger cartridge made contact with the subject,
resulting in immediate immobilization. In the last several months we have been
