advised that the last two sentences of the first paragraph should read, "He

than "He replaces Founder and former CEO Greg Titus, who will remain active

Dr. Brian Eberman, Former Vice President of Engineering and Operations, to
Lead Company's Next Stage of Growth
WAKEFIELD, MA -- September 03, 2008 -- CourseAdvisor, an established

of Dr. Brian Eberman as the company's new CEO. Eberman joined CourseAdvisor
in August 2006 and has since been serving as Vice President of Engineering
and Operations, responsible for overall development and operations of
CourseAdvisor's online education directory. He replaces Jimmy Van Alen who
was appointed President in late 2006. Van Alen will leave the company in
October after overseeing the transition.

thirteen patents in Internet search, speech technology and virtual reality.
