DALLAS, Sept. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- The Association of Image Consultants
International (AICI) South Central USA Chapter is hosting an exciting day on
Saturday, September 27, 2008 with style superstar Brenda Kinsel, author of 5
best-selling books on flair, fashion and how to put it all together. In her
comprehensive hands-on workshop, she demonstrates how to attract high quality,
long-term clients for your personal shopping and wardrobe consulting business.
You will learn all the skills necessary to begin, develop or build upon your
own profitable wardrobe consulting practice.
Founder of Inside Out - A Style & Wardrobe Consulting Company, Brenda has
been matching clothes to clients' personalities, passions and lifestyles for
over twenty years. She has appeared nationally on radio and television,
including The Oprah Winfrey Show and NPR. Brenda is the fashion columnist for
the Pacific Sun, and her expertise has been featured in magazines such as In
Style, Real Simple and Shape. Her latest book, Brenda Kinsel's Fashion
Makeover: 30 Days to Diva Style!, recently hit bookstores.
The event, open to the public, runs from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the
Comfort Suites DFW North Grapevine inGrapevine, Texas. The cost is $170 for
non-AICI members registering by September 10 and $195 thereafter. Lunch is
included.
The public is also invited to Nordstrom in the Dallas Galleria from
10:00 a.m. - 12:45 p.m. on Friday, September 26 for an inside look at
Nordstrom Personal Touch, a complimentary personal shopping service for
customers. Tour the store, meet Nordstrom stylists and view the 2008 fall
fashions and trends. Lunch will be provided. The cost for Friday's event is
$45 for non-AICI members registering by September 10 and $55 thereafter.
A reduced rate is available for attending both days, and AICI members and
student members receive a discount. Door prizes will be awarded on both days.
