IBM Podcast Explores the Future of Energy

Increasingly, consumers are taking a
proactive role in how they manage and conserve energy. A new IBM (NYSE: IBM) podcast, "IBM and the Future of Energy," looks at how consumers are
driving change in the energy industry -- from the cars we drive to a
growing demand for alternative energy sources and smart meters.
These important changes in energy management are being enabled by
innovative technology and are not only driven by consumers, but also by
companies large and small -- from venture-backed startups to energy and
utility companies.
This podcast also explores how the energy grid is getting "smarter," and
how consumers and utilities will ultimately benefit from this intelligence.
This "IBM and the Future of Energy" podcast features an interview with Mark
van den Berg, a venture capitalist with Vantage Point Venture Partners.
