Verizon FiOS TV Expands Channel Lineup With Leading Filipino Channel
NEW YORK, Sept. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- As part of Verizon's continuous
expansion of its FiOS TV channel lineup, the company announced today that it
has started adding GMA Pinoy TV, a 24-hour general interest channel broadcast
in Tagalog, one of the major languages spoken inthe Philippines.
Filipinos in parts ofNew York,New Jersey,Massachusetts andRhode Island
where FiOS TV is available can now enjoy GMA Pinoy TV, the first international
channel from leading broadcast company GMA Network and one ofthe Philippines'
top television stations. Verizon will launch GMA Pinoy TV in all remaining
FiOS TV markets during the next few months.
