Welcoming An Iranian World-Class Artist to DC Area

WASHINGTON, Sept. 4 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- IranFuture.org, is pleased to again welcome another Best of Iranian culture. This time we are honored to introduce a Master of Theater and Dance artist to theWashington DC area.

Please join us at Northern Virginia Community College at 8:00 PM on September 6 to give a warm welcome to a world renowned Iranian artist, Shahrokh Moshkin Ghalam. Shahrokh, fromFrance, is currently touring the US performing his mystical theatre piece, a one of a kind dance combining new world dance methods and historical poetry from Persian poet, Omar Khayam.

Shahrokh Moshkin Ghalam graduated from University of Paris VIII with a degree in History of Art and Theatre. He specializes in Middle Eastern folklore and mystical dance and has a deep interest in Indian, Indonesian and Flamenco dances.

Shahrokh's resume shows an incredibly accomplished artist who, most importantly, loves his culture.

The Persian community and IranFuture.org NGO is truly honored to host Shahrokh and his dance group for hours of pure cultural pride affording Iranians an opportunity to see the best of their best mesmerize an Iranian/American audience.

Shahrokh is more than a dance artist to Iranians, he is a lover of Persian culture. If it were literally possible, through the efforts Ms. Nahid Khazenie, a NASA scientist, this note would be written on the stars of our solar system. Through Shahrokh's artistic ability, Nahid and many other Iranians, IranFuture.org included, are trying to show that Iranians are different from the image portrayed by the Iranian regime.

IranFuture.org is proud to introduce Shahrokh to American media and politicians of DC. We urge you to attend this night to better understand Persian people and culture and that we are determined to insure that the Persian Gulf and Culture survives the political games of the 21st Century.
