Harold's Stores, Inc. Expands Style Points Loyalty Program

Additionally, customers that provide their email address earn a "free" $10 reward, which is sent via email as a thank you for joining the program. "We're thrilled to be able to reward each and every customer who makes a purchase with us. We see the expansion of the Style Points program as another step in increasing the value we provide to our customers," said Ron Staffieri, Chief Executive Officer. Other changes to the program include distributing rewards via email instead of the mail, which will ultimately allow customers to receive and redeem their rewards more quickly. Seasonal and double Style Points opportunities will still allow valued customers to earn rewards faster during certain times of the year.

This expansion will serve as a prelude to a website that will allow customers to check their points balance, monitor their rewards, and redeem them online.
