Bedford Capital Consulting Becomes Bedford Cost Segregation, LLC

BEDFORD, N.H., Sept. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Bedford Capital Consulting, a national leader in Cost Segregation Studies, will change its name to Bedford Cost Segregation, LLC, effective September 1, 2008. Greg Bryant, Managing Partner, said that the new name and logo will better identify the Company's core business, which is providing cost segregation services to the commercial real estate industry.

Bedford's re-branding coincides with organizational streamlining that Bryant says will enable the Company to capitalize on the talents ofBedford's nearly 50 employees nationwide. "Previously, some of our experts worked exclusively in certain regions," said Bryant, "whereas under the new structure, we can match the best talent to a client's needs, no matter where they are located. This strengthens our commitment to offering clients best practices in cost segregation services from coast to coast. As part of the new organizational structure, Bryant will serve as co- Managing Partner with Terri S. Johnson and Bruce Johnson, who have directed the Company's services in the Mid-Atlantic region.
