Mexico Expansion for Winning Colours(R) Stain Remover
Rain or Shine, Clean-ups Continue

Colours Stain Remover to Mexican consumers have started following the
company's announcement in May 2008 that Clark Hardware of Laredo, Texas
would carry the popular new eco-responsible stain remover into this market.
Several stores in the Mexican cities of Acuna and Reynosa now have Winning
Colours Stain Remover on the shelf and operations there are underway.
Preliminary results from introducing Mexican consumers to Winning Colours
are sufficiently positive that Clark will now deploy 1,000 specially
prepared Winning Colours Discovery Kits to recruit additional retailers in
exico.

Winning Brands officials are reluctant to finalize Mexico sales targets in
this new market before it is better understood; however, Winning Brands'
operating presence on both sides of the border zone now is considered by
the company to be a practical and respectful start to a relationship with
exican consumers, with its border population of more than 12 million and
national population of over 100 Million. There are 31 twin border
crossings between the U.S. and Mexico with communities on both sides.
Clark is active in this region. The Winning Colours Stain Remover bottles
that are being purchased by consumers in Mexico are packaged bilingually in
Spanish/English. Mr. Vidal Cantu of Clark Hardware follows up on his
comments in May by stating that he is pleasantly surprised by the smooth
operation so far. "Some companies can be too optimistic launching new
products into a different culture, but stains and messes are unpleasant
wherever you are. Winning Colours Stain Remover is turning out to be one
of those international type products that satisfies a basic human
preference for cleanliness. Winning Brands is approaching this in nice

language merchandising resources will be growing too. "Our first Spanish
version of the Winning Colours jingle is already being developed," says
Kelly, adding that "excellente is a new fun expression we are learning
around the office. It has a nice ring about it. Its meaning reveals a lot
about where our heads are at."
