Tom Wagner Joins Wild Rock West Virginia

VICTOR, W.Va., Sept. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- WildRock West Virginia, the premier sustainable second home community on the New River Gorge, has hired Tom Wagner ofEdmond, W.Va., as general manager. Wagner is responsible for local project development, sales and marketing efforts.

"Tom brings a strong background in project development, construction management and sales to our Wild Rock West Virginia team," said Carl Frischkorn, CEO. "His knowledge of the New River Gorge community and his experience working with other projects in this area give him a good understanding of the importance of communications and coordination activities that must be addressed to keep our community's growth on track."

Wagner's office will be at the Wild Rock Cafe, located at the Class VI-Mountain River complex on Ames Heights Road inLansing.

Before joining Wild Rock West Virginia, Wagner was general manager and development director for the Land Resource, LLC, Roaring River Development in Fayetteville, W.Va. He has marketing, promotions and development experience through his work with outdoor recreation outfitters Adventures Mountain River, Inc., and North American River Runners in southernWest Virginia, with Jack Frost/Big Boulder Ski Area inPennsylvania and as a sales representative for Patagonia Corp.

Wagner is a graduate of the University of Toledo with a degree in recreation and resource management. He is a licensedWest Virginia real estate agent. He is a member of the West Virginia State Chamber of Commerce Tourism Advisory Board, the Mountain State Academy Advisory Board and the assistant director of the Southern Division of the National Ski Patrol.
