World-Check Appoints Daniel Peak as New Chief Executive Officer

Established in 2000, the World-Check database tracks the identities and activities of heightened-risk individuals and businesses from over 240 countries and territories. David Leppan, Founder and former CEO of World-Check, will continue to play an active role in the company as Chairman of the Board.

Mr. Peak joined World-Check in 2004 as senior business development consultant forNorth America and theCaribbean. He has extensive senior leadership experience having managed a diverse group of organisations of varying sizes with a focus on data, content technology, services, and software development.

Mr. Peak joined World-Check from Thomson Sheshunoff where he was General Manager from 2000. Prior to this position he served as Managing Director for Thompson Financial Publishing from 1998 until 2000. From 1992 Mr. Peak was Vice President of Product Management for McGraw-Hill Construction Information Group which he joined after his previous employer, Computer Aided Planning, was acquired by McGraw-Hill. Mr. Peak is a graduate of the University of Florida.
