AARP Members Seek Financial Education During Life@50+ National Event and Expo

WASHINGTON, Aug. 29 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- AARP, one of the world's largest member organizations with over 39 million members and the leading organization for people 50+, is bringing its annual Life@50+ National Event & Expo toWashington, D.C. on September 4-6, 2008. This national event for AARP members and their friends and families will have something for everyone with three days of exhibits, speakers and entertainment at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.

    Job Fair:  The Life@50+ | AARP's National Event & Expo Job Fair will take
               place all three days of the convention. The Job Fair is co-
               sponsored by The Beacon and the Jewish Council for the Aging
               (JCA) and will feature AARP's National Employer Team (NET)
               members and other national, regional and local employers
               including Staples, Home Depot, CVS, IRS, Home Instead Senior
               Care, Robert Half International, Adecco, Manpower, Express
               Employment Professionals, Genworth Financial and more.

               The Job Fair hours are the same as the exhibit hall hours:
               Thursday, September 4th - 11:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
               Friday, September 5th - 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
               Saturday, September 6th - 10:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
