Bachoco Selects KPMG as Independent Auditor
CELAYA, Mexico, Aug. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Industrias Bachoco S.A.B. de C.V.
("Bachoco" or "the Company") (NYSE: IBA; BMV:Bachoco),Mexico's leading
producer and processor of poultry products, today announced that the Company's
Board of Directors, as per recommendation of the Audit Committee, has approved
the selection of KPMG Cardenas Dosal, S.C. as the Company's independent
auditor.
The engagement with KPMG is effective as of August 27, 2008.
Bachoco would like to thank Ernst & Young, its previous independent
auditor, for the service provided in the past several years.
