Genterra Inc. reports third quarter financial results

TORONTO, Aug. 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Genterra Inc. (TSX-V: "GIC" - Common)

Revenues for the nine month period ended June 30, 2008 were $1,973,097 compared to $2,391,291 in the comparable 2007 period. Net Earnings for the period were $215,303 compared to $1,038,602 in the comparable 2007 period. Earnings per share for the period was $0.011 compared with $0.055 in the comparable 2007 period. Net Earnings for the nine month period ended June 30, 2007 include the gain on sale of the Company's investment in Synergx Systems Inc.

Genterra Inc. is a management and holding company whose assets include rental real estate properties, equity investments and loans and mortgages receivable.
