Williams Announces Presentation Schedule for September

TULSA, Okla., Aug. 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Williams (NYSE: WMB) executives are scheduled to speak at two analyst conferences during September. The presentations for the speaking engagements will be available at http://www.williams.com/investors following each respective event.

-- Sept. 3. Steve Malcolm, chairman, president and chief executive officer, is scheduled to speak at the 2008 Lehman Brothers CEO Energy/Power Conference.

-- Sept. 23: Don Chappel, senior vice president and chief financial officer, is scheduled to speak at the Merrill Lynch Power & Gas Leaders Conference.
