ATA Inc. Files Annual Report on Form 20-F

(Nasdaq: ATAI) ("ATA", or the "Company"), the leading provider of computer-based testing services inChina, today announced that it filed its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2008 with the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 28, 2008. The Annual Report on Form 20-F can be accessed via the investor relations section of the Company's website at http://ir.ata.net.cn .
