New Media Veteran Lipson Joins Medialink as VP Operations
NEW YORK, Aug. 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Continuing its focus on
enhancing and expanding its Internet and broadcast media capabilities,
Medialink Worldwide Incorporated (Nasdaq: MDLK) announced today it has
recruited a seasoned new media executive with extensive web-based video
experience to lead its key creative and distribution units.

Andrew Lipson, who developed digital expertise early in his career at
Viacom New Media and served in operational management roles at Cablevision and
Fuse and was a producer for key "Video on the Net" conferences for
Pulvermedia, joined the Company as vice president-operations, based inNew
York.
"Andrew is a proven manager who was at the cutting edge of rich media on
the Internet, but also brings extensive creative and broadcast skills," said
Laurence Moskowitz, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Medialink. "With
experience working with clients ranging from A&E Television Networks to
Harley-Davidson, and a history of developing mission-critical websites as well
as managing broadcast production units, Andrew is a perfect fit."
Lipson, a strategic and tactical consultant who assists clients in
creating and distributing video content to broadcast, Internet and mobile
platforms, will lead Medialink's efforts in further developing Mediaseed(TM),
its rich media, Internet-based content management and distribution platform,
as well as managing the creative, distribution and monitoring efforts of its
traditional broadcast services. He will report directly to Larry Thomas, Chief
Operating Officer of Medialink.
