Hertz Awards Learning Services Contract to ACS
DALLAS, Aug. 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Hertz Corporation
(NYSE: HTZ) has selected Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. (NYSE: ACS) to
provide learning process outsourcing services to meet Hertz' human resource
transformational objectives on a global basis.

Under the five-year contract, ACS will provide curriculum redesign and
management as well as content development and delivery; learning
administration; managed learning technology and vendor management within a
shared services environment. The contract was reflected in ACS' fourth
quarter fiscal year 2008 results.
