Limited Edition Model Enjoys Numerous Exterior and Interior Refinements Along With Supremely Enhanced Horsepower

Ronn Motor Company, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: RNNM) is
pleased to announce the offering of fifty Scorpion HX(TM) cars as part of
their 200 unit production of Scorpion(TM) supercars that will be available
in 2009. This high-performance, visceral model will feature upgraded engine
power from the stalwart Acura type S V6 powerhouse, boosting the
eco-exotic's brawny horsepower to an extreme 600 hp.
Ronn Maxwell, CEO of Ronn Motor Company, commented, "We wanted to offer our
customers the opportunity to buy a uniquely specialized automobile which
would capture their passion for performance and distinctive styling. Our
plan for this enhanced version of the Scorpion(TM) supercar is to offer
state of the art upgrades, such as durable ceramic brakes and optional
carbon fiber wheels. The limited edition will not only employ our
revolutionary Hydrogen Assist Fuel system, but will also possess an energy
efficient air conditioning system, along with impressive horsepower to
weight ratios."

The Scorpion HX(TM) model will feature forged pistons glazed with several
friction reducing coatings which will be used internally to assist in
performance, fuel efficiency and longer life with the increased horsepower.
The fifty limited supercars will also employ an upgraded braking system to
slow the brawny beast, even from the fastest speeds. Equipped with special
edition feather light wheels, the Scorpion HX(TM) is sure to deliver an
adrenaline filled driving experience.
Exterior appointments were also modified for the Scorpion HX(TM), including
specialized paint schemes. The stunning Scorpion(TM) body is only further
enhanced on this model with the addition of several undercoat layers,
capped off with opalescent pearl highlights. Alongside special interior
appointments and enhancements, the Scorpion HX(TM) will be a striking and
beautiful aesthetic package, only surpassed by its amazing 600 horsepower
engine.
"Our decision to produce this limited line of Scorpion HX(TM) models comes
directly from our enthusiastic customers," stated Adrian Pylypec, Vice
President of Sales and Marketing for Ronn Motor Company. "Our standard
Scorpion(TM) model has been well received by the public and demand for an
eco-exotic of the Scorpion's(TM) caliber is extremely high, therefore, Ronn
otor Company decided to put the plans in place for the Scorpion HX(TM)
well ahead of our planned schedule."
Each of the fifty Scorpion HX(TM) models from Ronn Motor Company will be
