Ambit Microsystems Hires Industry Veteran Barry Hardek as Senior Director of Advanced Home Solutions

Ambit Microsystems announced today that industry veteran Barry Hardek has joined their management team as Senior Director, Advanced Home Solutions, reflecting their continued expansion in North America.

"I'm excited to join the Ambit team," said Hardek. "The company's entrepreneurial spirit and consistent revenue growth appealed to me immensely."

Prior to joining Ambit, Mr. Hardek was VP of Marketing and Business Development for Everstream, the leading VOD data collection and reporting vendor in North America. Before Everstream, Hardek held senior positions at both start-ups and Fortune 500 companies, including CableMatrix, Terayon, Chromatis Networks, and Scientific Atlanta.
