Andy Dick in the Clear for Sexual Battery

It has been reported today that prosecutors will not charge former Newsradio and Less Than Perfect star Andy Dick for sexual battery. The 42-year-old comedian-actor was accused by a teenage girl for pulling down pulling down her top at a restaurant just 80 miles east of Los Angeles in the middle of last month. Dick was arrested by officers that were responding to reports of a male who was under the influence of alcohol.
Over the last few years, Dick has been known for developing a reputation of crude behavior in public. According to Riverdale County District Attorney spokesman Ryan Hightower, Dick beat felony charges after prosecutors looked at the video that taped the incident.
However, Dick will return to court later this week to face charges on misdemeanor drug possession and battery, and is scheduled to appear this Wednesday.
