Deals of a Lifetime Motor Into Atlantic City Boat Show
ATLANTIC CITY, N.J., Aug. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Boaters looking to catch
deals won't want to miss the Atlantic City In-Water Boat Show. More than 700
boats, 16-70 feet in length, will be ready to step aboard - at the region's
biggest show and the nation's first of the fall season. The hottest new motor
yachts, sport fishing yachts, runabouts, walkarounds, center consoles and
performance boats will all be at Farley State Marina, adjacent to Trump Marina
Hotel Casino, September 4-7.
The show runs Thursday and Friday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Saturday, 10 a.m. to
7 p.m.; and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Included with a paid $20 adult admission
is a one-year subscription to one of the following: Yachting, Motor Boating,
Salt Water Sportsman or Caribbean Travel & Life. Admission for children under
12 is $5. Ticket purchases are available online at www.acinwaterboatshow.com.
All of the biggest names will be at the show: Azimut, Cabo, Carver,
Carver, Cruisers, Davis, Duffy Electric, Formula, Fountain, Grady-White,
Henriques, Hinckley, Hydra-Sports, Medieian, Ocean, Post, Regal, Sea Ray,
Silverton, Viking Yachts and Sports Cruisers, Wellcraft and many more.
The largest boat is the sleek, sexy and sophisticated Viking 67 Sport
Cruiser. Also making news this year is the new Marine Industry Tent devoted
exclusively to cutting-edge marine electronics, engines, docks, life rafts,
repair facilities and more.
On Friday, September 5, the Margate post office is coordinating a breast-
cancer awareness event at the Ladies Invitational Bluefish Tournament booth. A
newly designed cancellation stamp will be available, as well as Teddy bears
and informational literature. At noon, the post office has scheduled a special
presentation to LIBT.
While checking out the latest styles and trends, boating enthusiasts will
want to refuel at the food court and shop at the Marine Accessory Mart for
boat financing and insurance, nautical supplies, accessories and clothing.
TheAtlantic City show is second only toFort Lauderdale as the largest
U.S. in-water power boat show and is a member of the prestigious International
