Responds to Hostile Takeover BidRLC's Board of Directors has appointed a Special Committee of independent Directors ("Special Committee") to evaluate Jaguar's proposal, consider other alternatives and make a recommendation to the Board of Directors. The Special Committee is comprised of Greg Van Staveren, Joseph Mimran and Irving Teper. Until the Special Committee receives the offer or completes its review, it will not comment on the offer nor will it speculate as to any future course of action it or the Company may take.
