(PWC) is a non-profit organization that provides critical home repairs, modifications, and services to very low-income homeowners inSouthwestern Ohio andNorthern Kentucky. PWC's services are critical, not cosmetic -- like building a ramp for someone who is confined to a wheelchair, replacing a furnace when there is no heat, or replacing plumbing when there is no running water. When possible, PWC helps homeowners to become more self-sufficient in the care of their home. PWC's services are provided by licensed, trained, professional employees who treat clients with the respect they deserve. PWC's dedicated corps of 6,000-plus volunteers help with the mission by providing low-income elderly and disabled clients with free home maintenance, helping with the small jobs that are simple but difficult for someone who is older or in need of assistance. PWC keeps the community's most vulnerable homeowners safely in their home, in their community, where they desperately want to be. PWC not only helps the client, but the entire community, to remain vital, stable, and secure. For more detailed information about our programs and services, please visit www.pwchomerepairs.org.
