Joe's(R) to Open Second Retail Store in San Francisco

Joe's Jeans Inc. (the "Company") (NASDAQ: JOEZ) today announced the lease signing for its second full price branded
store to be located in the Union Square shopping district in San Francisco.
Located at 239 Grant Avenue, the 1,533 square-foot store is scheduled to
open in November 2008 and will feature an entire collection of Joe's
apparel as well as related accessories such as belts and handbags. Known
as the "heart" of San Francisco, historic Union Square is home to such
notable luxury retailers as Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Barney's New
York, Marc Jacobs, Gucci and Louis Vuitton.
Marc Crossman, President and CEO of the Company, stated: "We have had our
eye on the San Francisco market for some time, so we are thrilled to have
found this great location in the Union Square shopping district to showcase
the Joe's® brand. With the addition of 239 Grant Avenue, we will meet our
goal of opening two full price retail stores by the end of 2008."
